How long need transfer to my btc wallet?

Without congestion on the Blockchain it can take up to 24 hours for payment to reach your external wallet from when status changed to executed in your Finiko wallet.

With congestion you might go over this 24 hours.

Currently congestion on the Blockchain is building up, see below:

 


 
Also keep an eye on the network fees, as these will go up as well the more congested the blockchain gets.

Remember that Finiko only pays very low network fees, so the Finiko payments will be at the bottom of the list.

WHY FINIKO USINg btc instaed usd?

Finiko is not intended to grow your Bitcoin, it's intended to grow your USD.

Bitcoin is only used as a vehicle to move money from your external wallet to your Finiko wallet and vice versa.

When we withdraw $4k from Finiko we expect $4k - 3% withdrawal fee to hit our external wallet and what happens in between is irrelevant.

Because of Bitcoin fluctuations by the time the BTC hits our wallet we sometimes get more and sometimes get less value in USD terms from what we expect to receive and that is a fact.

So please accept the risks when investing in high risk investments where Bitcoin is used as a means of payment.

 

Withdrawing timetable:

When withdrawing BTC from Finiko wallet please stick to timetable below:

Also factor in the time you placed the withdrawal.
If after business hours then your first day is the business day after.

For example:
Withdraw Mon @ 21:00, then this will be classed as a Tue, so you will receive it any time on Fri.


I DEPOSITED TO MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT. WHY ARE THE FUNDS NOT CREDITED TO MY WALLET?

 

If your request for the tech support is related to the fact that, when replenishing your personal account, the funds were not credited within 24 hours, and the transaction was confirmed on the blockchain.com/ru/explorer website, you need to provide the following data to the tech support chat:
